The following conditions apply to every booking with Hotel Mardaga. For the full terms and conditions, please refer to our terms and conditions.
1. Bookings
1.1. A booking is only final once confirmed by Hotel Mardaga (by email or in writing).
1.2. For certain bookings a deposit or credit card guarantee may be requested.
1.3. The customer is responsible for providing correct information when booking.
2. Cancellation and changes
2.1. Cancellations must be made in writing or by email.
2.2. Unless otherwise agreed, the following cancellation terms apply:
- Up to 48 hours before arrival: free cancellation.
- Within 48 hours of arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the first night will be charged.
2.3. For group bookings (more than 5 rooms) or events, different terms apply, requiring notice 7 days before arrival.
2.4. Hotel Mardaga reserves the right, in case of force majeure (such as fire, power outage, pandemic or other unforeseen circumstances), to cancel or reschedule the booking without compensation.
3. Arrival and departure
3.1. Check-in is possible from 3:00 pm; check-out until 11:00 am, unless otherwise agreed.
3.2. Early check-in or late check-out is only possible with the hotel's approval and may incur extra costs.
3.3. If a guest fails to arrive on the planned arrival date without notice ("no-show"), the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking and charge the full amount of the booking.
4. Rates and payment
4.1. All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
4.2. Additional services (such as minibar, restaurant consumption) are charged separately.
4.3. Payment is made at check-out, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
4.4. The hotel accepts cash, credit cards and electronic payments.
